Stella

About Stella

Stella is your emotional wellness AI: a friend to figure it out with. Tell Stella what happened. Even the part you're still figuring out. Speak or text about what stayed with you. Explore another perspective, find words for a conversation or choose a small step when you're ready. Talk it through by voice in the iOS app, or by text in iMessage with Text Stella. Free to download; a subscription is required to keep using it. Stella is not therapy and is not a substitute for professional care.
