Lighthouse

About Lighthouse

Lighthouse is a one-screen breathing session. A lamp brightens as you breathe in for four seconds and softens as you breathe out for six, while a quiet voice, the Keeper, says a few words at the right moments and then goes silent. Choose 90 seconds, 5 or 10 minutes. No account, no sign-up, nothing to download. Switch Sound off and the light carries on alone.
